TULSA, Okla. (Oct. 25, 2017) - A total of 76 players from 12 clubs in Oklahoma, Arkansas and Texas participated in the Player Development Program (PDP), Oct. 22 at Holland Hall. Players competed in a healthy mix of technical drills and 11v11 situations.
The PDP was hosted by the Red River NPL – a new NPL member in 2017-18. The following clubs were represented:

- City FC (Texas)
- NEOFC (Okla.)
- North Texas Celtic (Texas)
- Oklahoma Celtic (Okla.)
- River Valley FC (Okla.)
- South Lakes SC (Okla.)
- Sporting Arkansas (Ark.)
- Stillwater SC (Okla.)
- TSC Hurricane (Okla.)
- West Side Alliance (Okla.)
The PDP included 2004-05 boys and girls, and top performers will receive invitations to the Dec. 7-10 id2 Training Camp in Casa Grande, Ariz.
Staff coaches directing activities were: George Chatzigiannidis (TSC Hurricane), Martin Clays (TSC Hurricane), Brandon Lawless (South Lakes SC), Michael Nsien (TSC Hurricane), Barry Roberts (West Side Alliance), Andrew Rundell (South Lakes SC) and Ryan Trudgian (Oklahoma Celtic).
PDPs are focused around the NPL and other top leagues in specific geographic areas. PDP invitations are based on objective scouting of elite clubs and leagues, combined with recommendations from top Directors of Coaching.
Oklahoma Premier Clubs – a seven-club league that contributes to the Red River NPL at the height of its programming – is hosting a LaLiga Formation Methodology Level 3 course, Jan. 12-14. Registration is open to NPL and US Club Soccer members, as well as non-members.
