NPL Showcases provide the opportunity for competitive, meaningful games as well as for players to be recognized as US Club Soccer’s id2 Program staff members are on-site to scout players for potential inclusion in id2 Program Training Camps.

The focus for the Texas Pre-Academy League will now shift back to the regular season, as teams continue down the road towards the NPL Champions Cup in July 2013. At last season’s NPL Champions Cup, the Texas Pre-Academy League boasted two national champion teams, including the Dallas Texans (U-13) and FC Dallas (U-14).

The NPL has been created to provide a unified, league-based national developmental platform and to elevate and change the competitive youth soccer landscape based upon fundamental principles outlined in US Club Soccer’s 10-year vision.
