Please note this change: Even though only four of the eight teams in each age group will advance to the semifinals and finals weekend (June 9-10 in Manheim, Pa.), it is necessary for all eight playoff teams in each age group to reserve hotel rooms in advance because of availability and rooming list requirements. It is recommended that teams make these reservations as soon as a top-eight finish is secured.

PLAYER DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM (PDP):

In conjunction with the Northeast Pre-Academy League playoffs, US Club Soccer will also be hosting a Player Development Program (PDP) event for the top 1999 boys in the Northeast Pre-Academy League.

The PDP event will take place on Sat., June 9, with a morning session and afternoon session, scouted by U.S. Soccer technical staff and US Club Soccer id2 Program staff. Players identified through the PDP event will be considered for inclusion in U.S. Soccer National Team programming and US Club Soccer’s id2 Program Training Camps.

US Club Soccer will solicit recommendations for the PDP event from Directors of Coaching during the spring, and will select participants based on these recommendations and independent scouting during the Spring Showcase and during the spring season. PDP sessions will be “staggered” with the U-13 and U-14 Northeast Pre-Academy League playoffs, enabling scouts to observe players in both events.
